Project Coordinator / Project Manager SAP

Role Overview: As an experienced Project Coordinator / Project Manager with good exposure to SAP-driven projects, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering complex SAP initiatives while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for SAP projects including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure - Coordinate with SAP functional and technical teams (FICO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, BASIS, ABAP, etc.) - Act as a single point of contact between business stakeholders, SAP teams, vendors, and leadership - Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and budgets - Ensure adherence to project governance, SAP best practices, and organizational standards - Facilitate regular project status meetings, steering committee updates, and stakeholder communications - Manage change requests, scope control, and issue resolution effectively - Support UAT, cutover planning, go-live activities, and post-go-live support - Prepare and maintain project documentation such as project plans, RAID logs, MOMs, and status reports Qualification Required: - 10+ years of overall experience in project coordination or project management - Hands-on experience managing or coordinating SAP implementations, rollouts, upgrades, or support projects - Strong understanding of SAP modules and project dependencies (functional and technical) - Experience working in Waterfall and/or Agile project environments - Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, SAP Solution Manager, or similar) - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Additional Company Details: KGiSL is a BFSI centric multiproduct Enterprise Software company focused on Banking, Insurance, Capital Markets, & Wealth Management segments.
