You will be joining a large financial services firm as a Project Coordinator focused on Business transformation in Hyderabad and Bangalore for a 6-month ongoing contract. Your main responsibility will be working on business transformation and optimization initiatives across the enterprise technology office, particularly within the engineering support teams. This role requires a unique blend of analytical process, technical understanding, and project management capabilities. Your tasks will include eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for engineering projects, translating them into actionable technical specifications, and overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of these programs from start to finish. Your role is crucial in ensuring that the organization's engineering solutions align with strategic business objectives and are delivered efficiently and effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Experience in business analysis, or program/project management, preferably within a technology-driven or engineering-focused environment - Bachelors degree in social sciences, business administration, engineering, or a related field - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to understand end-to-end processes from an aerial view - Strong understanding of engineering principles and technical concepts, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components - Familiarity with project management tools such as SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Loop - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical and business information clearly and concisely - Excellent stakeholder management skills - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment - A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement **Qualifications Required:** - Masters degree or relevant certifications e.g. PMP, CSM, CBAP are a plus - Experience with various software development lifecycles including agile methodologies - Subject matter expert with automation AI softwares and practical implementation within the workplace - Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects or programs - Experience with ServiceNow You will be part of a competitive salary package.
