Project Analyst/PMO - C11

As an IT Project Intermediate Analyst at our company, your role involves dealing with most problems independently, integrating specialty knowledge with industry standards, and collaborating with the team to achieve objectives. You will be responsible for developing project requirements, communicating project status, utilizing project management tools, and contributing to process improvement efforts. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be crucial in making evaluative judgments and identifying solutions based on factual information. **Responsibilities:** - Collaborate in the development of project business and system requirements. - Develop requirement documentation. - Communicate with project staff and clients regarding project status. - Utilize project management tools to support project managers. - Contribute to process improvement efforts. - Evaluate business processes, system processes, and industry standards. - Make evaluative judgments based on analysis of factual information. - Resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through technical experience. - Impact the business by ensuring quality work and influencing own team and closely related work teams. - Exchange ideas and information concisely and logically. - Assess risks appropriately when making business decisions. - Demonstrate ethical judgment, compliance with regulations, and adherence to policies. **Qualifications:** - 2 4 years of work experience - Proficiency in at least one of the following areas: - Analytical and data handling skills (including Reporting, BI Tools, Tableau, SQL, Excel) - Financial concepts knowledge, especially towards investments and expenditure management - Experience driving efficiencies through process review and improvement - Proficiency in English - Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization - Ability to transform data into information - Ability to learn fast and explore new tools - Proven ability to work effectively with virtual and remote teams - Familiarity with Microsoft Office and modern collaboration applications preferred **Education:** - Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience.
