Program Manager Banking Data Warehouse

In the role of a Program Manager Enterprise Data Warehouse at The Digital Fifth, you will be at the forefront of driving significant data and analytics transformation projects for banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions. Your responsibilities will include shaping data platform strategy, overseeing program delivery, and ensuring the implementation of high-quality, compliant, and scalable data solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute a comprehensive data warehouse and data mart strategy in alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. - Drive modernization initiatives such as platform upgrades, cloud migrations, and integration of new data sources. - Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale data programs, including scope management, budgeting, and risk mitigation. - Oversee the design and implementation of scalable data warehouse architectures and data governance frameworks. - Manage customer relationships and ensure successful delivery of consulting projects. Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required: - B.Tech (Computer Science) + MBA preferred. - 3 to 7+ years of experience in data warehousing, data management, and analytics within banking or financial services. - Strong expertise in data warehousing platforms, databases, and ETL/ELT tools. - Understanding of digital banking, payments, lending, wealth, and fintech ecosystems is preferred. - Excellent quantitative, analytical, and communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment and under tight deadlines. - Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to manage ambiguity.
