  • **Process Improvement**:
  • Build and refine processes and procedures to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and improve client satisfaction.
  • **KPI Monitoring**:
  • Define KPIs, monitor performance, and prepare reports for leadership using data-driven insights.
  • **Documentation**:
  • Maintain accurate project documentation including plans, reports, and presentations for internal and client use.

  • Strong project management skills with experience in planning, scheduling, and execution.

  • Experience in cross-functional project coordination and business operations.
  • Exposure to data-driven decision-making and performance tracking frameworks.
