Job Description

- Work closely with product/tech, operations, production, and business teams to ensure smooth execution and process efficiency.
- **Problem Solving**:
- Proactively identify project challenges, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions.
- **Process Improvement**:
- Build and refine processes and procedures to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and improve client satisfaction.
- **KPI Monitoring**:
- Define KPIs, monitor performance, and prepare reports for leadership using data-driven insights.
- **Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate project documentation including plans, reports, and presentations for internal and client use.
As a qualified candidate, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Strong project management skills with experience in planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client engagement capabilities.
