Job Description

You are a full-service marketing communications agency with a decade of experience in crafting impactful brand narratives. Apart from creativity, you build cutting-edge marketing technology solutions and AI-powered SaaS products that assist brands in planning, executing, and scaling smarter marketing and advertising strategies. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the strategy, development, and scaling of SaaS-based products that cater to creative teams. You will be driving product-led innovation to enhance client outcomes, operational efficiency, and revenue. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and experience: Key Responsibilities: - Experience in NLP and Generative AI, including Transformer architectures, LLMs, embeddings, vector search, and end-to-end RAG pipelines. - Experience with vector databases and search infrastructure like Milvus, Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate, and distributed data stores such as PostgreSQL or Cassandra. - Strong MLOps and production engineering expertise, covering model deployment, monitoring, CI/CD pipelines, feature stores, and enterprise-grade scalability and reliability. - Hands-on experience with cloud-native infrastructure, including Docker, Kubernetes, and major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Qualifications Required: - 6-8 years of experience in SaaS product management, preferably in ad-tech, mar-tech, or digital platforms. - Proven ability to build and scale B2B SaaS products in Agile environments. - Strong understanding of advertising agency workflows, media operations, analytics, and campaign management. - Hands-on experience with product roadmaps, PRDs, backlog management, and Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Familiarity with cloud-based SaaS architecture, APIs, data platforms, automation tools, and dashboards. - Exposure to AI-driven products, data analytics, and CRM/CDP platforms is a plus. - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Experience in advertising, digital, media, or consulting agency. - Experience launching internal platforms later commercialized as SaaS offerings.
