Production Shift Supervisor

As a Production Shift Supervisor at the Manesar-Gurgaon location, your role will involve overseeing the production shift operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Experience in gear and shaft machining manufacturing. - Hands-on working on grinding machines, CNC lathes, gear checker machines, Distortion correction machines. - Part programming on CNC machine, work setup, grinding process improvement, and troubleshooting. - Knowledge of cycle time study, efficiency, and loss time analysis. - Experience of abnormality handling tools, rejection reduction by process improvement. - Knowledge of quality systems (ISO-9001), safety and Environment standards (ISO-14001). - Production planning and inventory control, setup change, and tool change management. - Knowledge of SAP usage. Qualifications Required: - Educational Qualification: Diploma / BE / B-Tech Graduation in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering. - Work Experience: Minimum 4 years to a maximum of 5 years in gear and shaft machining manufacturing. In addition, you should possess the following behavioral traits: - Target-oriented mindset. - Good analytical skills. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. - Team player with networking skills.
