You will be joining XQtiv, a global talent advisory firm focused on solving complex talent problems. As part of the Product team, you will have the opportunity to work on an AI-powered talent intelligence platform that leverages structured people data. Key Responsibilities: - Curate and structure people data from various industries. - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality. - Test platform features thoroughly and document any issues clearly. - Conduct in-depth industry and market research. - Identify and map potential clients for the platform.
