Job Description

As a Pre Sales Engineer at ProMobi Technologies, you will be an integral part of the product team, collaborating closely with experienced Sales, Marketing, and Product Management professionals. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced startup environment supported by a strong technical team to enhance your professional growth and exceed expectations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver sales pitch related to product or OS Platform. - Conduct product demos to showcase features and functionalities. - Validate product presentations and proposals for potential clients. - Offer proof of concepts (POCs) and validate the same to demonstrate product capabilities. - Regularly follow up with existing and potential clients to ensure their satisfaction. - Gather customer insights and share them with product development and marketing teams. - Support product installation for live accounts. - Perform technical audits both onsite and online. - Demonstrate a solid understanding of networking principles including Firewall, Network Protocols, IP addresses, subnetting, etc. - Utilize prior experience in mobile device management solutions and enterprise mobility, BYOD, SaaS to enhance performance. **Qualifications Required:** - Work experience with Mobility Apps/CRM/Software Solutions. - Ability to work in IST time zone with flexibility for EU/UK working hours. - Openness to national and international travel. - Proficiency in customer-facing interactions and understanding customer requirements. - Knowledge of Android/iOS/Windows Mobility OS platforms. - Ideal background in Product Testing. - Familiarity with managing endpoints such as smartphones, tablets, laptops, and digital signages. - Experience in Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows 10 device management. - Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between Sales and Development teams effectively. *Note: Scalefusion MDM is the flagship product of ProMobi Technologies, offering modern mobile device management solutions trusted by organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies.* As a Pre Sales Engineer at ProMobi Technologies, you will be an integral part of the product team, collaborating closely with experienced Sales, Marketing, and Product Management professionals.
