Product Experience and Brand Designer

You will be responsible for designing clean, intuitive interfaces for complex analytics workflows and contributing to visual branding, marketing creatives, and product communication assets. Your work will directly shape how engineers, operators, and enterprise clients interact with the platform. - Design intuitive, scalable UI systems for web applications using Angular. - Translate complex engineering and analytics workflows into simple, elegant user experiences. - Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma. - Develop and maintain a structured design system including components, typography, spacing, and color tokens. - Collaborate closely with frontend engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation. - Enhance usability, performance clarity, and visual hierarchy for dashboards and data-heavy screens. - Design responsive layouts optimized for large data visualization environments. You must have: - 3+ years of experience in UI/UX and graphic design. - Strong portfolio showcasing dashboard design, data-heavy applications, clean SaaS interfaces, and branding/marketing creatives. - Expertise in Figma including auto layout, components, and design systems. - Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and user flows. - Experience designing for responsive web applications. - Strong visual hierarchy, typography, and layout skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Nice-to-have skills include: - Experience designing analytics or industrial SaaS platforms. - Familiarity with Angular-based design constraints. - Experience with motion design or micro-interactions. - Knowledge of data visualization best practices. - Basic understanding of frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, and TypeScript. - Experience with tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, or Blender. In the first 6 months, your success will be measured by: - Implementation of a cohesive design system across the platform. - Improved clarity and usability of dashboards and workflows. - Reduced UI inconsistencies and faster frontend implementation cycles. - Establishment of solid, consistent visual branding across product and marketing channels. - Creation of high-quality sales and marketing assets for enterprise presentations.
