Product Design Manager (UI / UX)

As a UI/UX Designer, your role involves translating business requirements into concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups for a variety of devices and interfaces, ensuring intuitive user experiences. You will need to understand both business objectives and user expectations, making strategic design decisions related to core and new features. Your responsibilities include: - Taking a user-centered design approach and conducting rapid testing and iteration of designs - Contributing to future releases of the Digital application - Supporting the development team in design implementation - Managing specifications for design analysis and implementation - Developing tactics for the adoption of the Digital app through consumer-centric interfaces - Collaborating closely with team members and stakeholders Qualifications required for this role include: - Any Graduate, Diploma in Graphic Designing, or Certification in UI/UX/HCI - 4+ years of UI and UX design experience, with a preference for candidates experienced in designing complex solutions, particularly in e-commerce or consumer finance - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and experience creating prototypes using tools like Adobe XD or Figma - Extensive knowledge of UX principles, mobile-first, and responsive design - Strong analytical skills and the ability to deliver cohesive user experiences - Familiarity with current mobile technologies, standards, patterns, and design trends - Understanding of user-centered design and customer lifecycle management in the digital space - Ability to communicate design processes and ideas effectively - Familiarity with Scrum methodology and tools like Jira Your skills should include proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, responsive design, Scrum methodology, Adobe XD, Jira, and Figma.
