Procurement Analyst

As a Procurement Data Analyst, you will have the opportunity to manage procurement data, update inventory and procurement catalogues, analyze data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support strategic sourcing initiatives to drive operational efficiency and compliance. Your role will involve providing data-driven insights to determine inventory requirements, find suitable suppliers, and negotiate procurement contracts favorable to both parties. Key Responsibilities: - Manage & support end-to-end procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and purchase order management. - Analyze procurement data to identify trends, risks, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement. - Maintain all procurement & inventory catalogues. - Develop and maintain procurement reports and dashboards to provide insights to management. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of procurement activities with business objectives. - Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions. - Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures. - Provide analytical support and reporting for procurement teams and internal stakeholders to facilitate informed purchasing decisions. - Be a key stakeholder in all procurement related projects and contribute directly to project deliverables & outcomes. - Contribute to design and configuration of effective inventory & procurement management systems. - Ensure procurement activities adhere to organizational policies and relevant legislation, helping to manage supply chain risks. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field. - Proven 3-5 years of experience in procurement, data analysis, and reporting. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets & problem solve. - Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, Microsoft Power Platforms, Finance ERP systems, Patient Administration systems, procurement systems, etc).
