Principal Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer

As a Senior Dev-ops Architect at Webologix in Greater Noida, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust, scalable solutions on Google Cloud Platform with a strong focus on Observability, Deployment strategies, and CI/CD automation. Your role will involve providing technical expertise to guide engineering teams towards best practices in reliability, security, and delivery speed. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and implement GCP solutions including Networking, IAM, security baselines, and compute services such as GKE, Cloud Run, and Compute Engine. - Lead the Observability efforts by defining SLIs/SLOs, setting up dashboards, alerts, and tracing using Cloud Operations Suite and OpenTelemetry. - Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools like Cloud Build, Cloud Deploy, GitHub Actions/GitLab CI, and integrating automated testing and security scans. - Implement deployment strategies like blue/green, canary, and progressive delivery with automated rollback mechanisms. - Standardize Infrastructure as Code through Terraform modules, Helm charts, and GitOps workflows. - Collaborate with SRE, security, and product teams to ensure reliability, compliance, and cost optimization. - Take part in incident response and postmortems, driving continuous improvement using DORA metrics. Required Qualifications: - 815 years of experience in cloud/platform engineering with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in GCP. - Strong expertise in GCE, Cloud Run, Anthos, Cloud Monitoring/Logging/Trace, OpenTelemetry, CI/CD tools like Cloud Build, Cloud Deploy, GitHub Actions/GitLab CI, Jenkins, Groovy, Terraform, Helm, GitOps, AppD client, and Otel agent. - Solid understanding of deployment strategies, SRE principles, and security best practices including IAM, VPC, and CMEK. - Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or Go for automation.
