Job Description
As a strong Salesforce Business Analyst with deep experience in US Residential/Institutional mortgage lending, your role will involve leading discovery, process design, and functional delivery across lead-to-loan origination, disclosures, underwriting, closing, post-closing, servicing, and default/collections. You will be responsible for mapping complex mortgage operations to Salesforce (FSC, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud), defining integrations with LOS, pricing/eligibility, AUS, eClose/eVault, and credit/KYC providers, and ensuring designs align with US regulatory requirements such as TILA/RESPA-TRID, ECOA, HMDA, FCRA, GLBA, and UDAAP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct discovery workshops with various departments including Sales, Operations, Processing, Underwriting, Compliance, and Servicing to model end-to-end mortgage journeys.
- Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, BPMN/UML, and Experience Cloud flows.
- Design declarative solutions and collaborate with Solution/Technical Architects on technical aspects.
- Define functional specs for integrations with LOS/POS, PPE, AUS, credit bureaus, appraisal, eClose/eSign/eVault, and servicing.
- Embed US mortgage compliance in designs and ensure policies align with regulatory requirements.
- Drive release planning, adoption, and governance while monitoring operational metrics.
Required Qualifications:
- 712 years in BFSI with 5+ years as a Salesforce BA and 3+ years specifically in US residential mortgage.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative tooling, robust understanding of mortgage lifecycle, and proven delivery across origination to servicing.
- Solid grasp of US regulations, experience writing integration specs, and strong BA craft.
- Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills with various departments.
Nice-to-Have:
- Salesforce Certifications, experience with OmniStudio, Shield, Event Monitoring, and familiarity with industry standards and platforms.
- Exposure to collections platforms, fair lending analytics, and AI-assisted underwriting.

Education:
- Bachelors in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or Engineering; advanced degree a plus.
