Job Description

As a Pre-sales Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering complex, multi-service solutions tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of our clients. Your expertise in IT services, such as Cloud, Data Centers, Digital Workplace Services, and Managed Network Services, will be essential in ensuring alignment with client objectives while maximizing value for both the client and our organization. Key Responsibilities: - Consult with clients and senior architects across various IT service areas to advise, challenge, and design solutions. - Design Managed services solutions in Cloud, Data Centers, Digital Workplace Services, and Managed Network Services, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with client goals. - Support Presales for RFP/RFI/RFQs within the IT infrastructure services domain and integrated IT Outsourcing pursuits. - Engage directly with clients to understand their requirements and deliver customized solutions across different service towers. - Lead pre-sales activities by creating compelling technical proposals, presentations, and demonstrations showcasing our capabilities. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, recommending and implementing optimizations for solution design and delivery. - Lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior professionals in solution architecture. - Facilitate workshops with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and drive consensus for solution approaches. - Develop solutions that drive business transformation across multiple service towers, ensuring alignment with client goals. - Provide expertise and guidance across Cloud, Data Centers, Digital Workplace, and Managed Network Services domains. - Collaborate with various teams to manage key decisions and deliver robust, integrated solutions. - Work closely with clients to facilitate decision-making processes and exceed client expectations. Qualifications: - Minimum of 8+ years of experience in IT service architecture, particularly in Cloud, Data Centers, Digital Workplace Services, and Managed Network Services. - Proven track record in delivering end-to-end integrated solutions in the mentioned areas. - Ability to lead complex solution development and transform opportunities. - Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in technical or engineering-related fields. Professional & Technical Skills: - Deep expertise in Cloud, Data Centers, Digital Workplace Services, and Managed Network Services. - Strong understanding of solution architecture principles and best practices. - Ability to translate complex business problems into actionable technical solutions. - Familiarity with deal construct and commercial models. - Preferred certifications in cloud platforms or relevant areas. - Exposure to or experience in shared services or platform-based services is advantageous.
