Job Description
As a Presales Technical Support Specialist, your role involves providing technical support for regional projects to ensure customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include:
- Collecting and analyzing competitors' program information to identify strengths and weaknesses of their schemes.
- Developing overall floating system solutions based on market demand, creating program documents and related materials, and facilitating program development and implementation.
- Handling marketing and publicity activities for floating system solutions, such as exhibition presentations and customer visits.
- Conducting customer solution knowledge training and effectively communicating the value of the solution during exhibitions and customer interactions.
Qualifications required for this role:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Educational background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with proficiency in CAD.
- Previous experience in pre-sales technical support and project design is advantageous.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including formal presentations.
- Customer-focused mindset and a proactive work ethic.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and show initiative.
- Desire to contribute to the growth of a dynamic business.
- Flexibility to adapt to different cultures and projects.
