Job Description
As a Presales Technical Support Engineer, your role involves providing technical support for regional projects and ensuring continuous improvement of customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include:
- Collecting and analyzing competitors' program information to identify highlights and shortcomings of their schemes.
- Developing overall floating system solutions based on market demand, creating program documents and related materials, and facilitating the development and implementation of the program.
- Handling marketing and publicity activities for floating system solutions, such as exhibition presentations and customer visits.
- Training customers on solution knowledge and effectively conveying the value of the solution at various events.
To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
- Possess more than 3 years of relevant experience.
- Hold a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and be proficient in CAD.
- Previous experience in pre-sales technical support and project design is advantageous.
- Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills, along with a practical and hardworking personality.
- Have solid analytical and problems-solving abilities to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Exhibit excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Be customer-focused, proactive, and self-motivated to manage your time efficiently.
- Show enthusiasm for contributing to the growth of a dynamic business.
- Be adaptable to different cultures and new projects, including short-term business trips.
