Role Overview:
Techurate Systems Pvt. Ltd., a global leader in Smart Banking technology, is seeking a dynamic individual to join the team as a Pre-Sales Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the sales cycle and proposal management, sales enablement, CRM optimization, project coordination, client engagement, strategic lead generation, and market research. Your responsibilities will involve leading various aspects of pre-sales activities to drive business growth and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the complete sales cycle planning process including sales proposals, RFP/RFI responses, commercials, sign-off documents, and integration documents. Review and improve proposal quality to ensure alignment with customer requirements and company standards.
- Create intelligence documents, pitch decks, case studies, solution briefs, and competitive analysis reports to support Sales and Business Development teams. Craft high-impact sales pitches and storytelling frameworks. Provide data-driven insights to improve conversion rates and sales strategy.
- Own and optimize CRM processes using Bitrix, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and sales activities. Define best practices for CRM usage and reporting for the pre-sales team. Analyze CRM data to provide actionable insights and pipeline forecasts to management.
- Manage customized project requests from the pre-sales stage until the project goes live. Act as a bridge between Sales, Technical, Delivery teams, and Clients to ensure clarity and smooth handovers. Identify risks and dependencies during the pre-sales and implementation phases.
- Act as a key pre-sales point of contact for strategic and high-value prospects. Deliver product demonstrations and solution walkthroughs tailored to customer business needs. Articulate product value propositions and differentiate offerings against competitors. Engage with customers to understand requirements and propose optimal solutions.
- Lead and mentor junior pre-sales executives in cold calling and lead qualification activities. Conduct end-to-end prospect research using various tools. Build and maintain high-quality, targeted prospect databases aligned with business goals. Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and emerging technologies.
Qualification Required:
- Educational Qualification: MBA or Graduate in any stream (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 3 5 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Research, Sales Enablement, or a related role.
- Key Skills & Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, expertise in MS Office tools, strong presentation and storytelling skills, good understanding of AI tools, hands-on experience with CRM tools, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, stakeholder management skills, ability to work independently and take ownership of pre-sales initiatives.
