Job Description

As a Service Desk engineer with Spanish at LTIMindtree, your role is crucial in providing Level 1 and Level 1.5 technical support for end-users, ensuring timely resolution of IT-related issues, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include: - Responding to and resolving user-reported issues via phone, email, or ticketing system. - Performing initial diagnosis and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related problems. - Handling service requests such as password resets, account provisioning, and application access. - Providing support in Portuguese and English, ensuring clear and professional communication. - Suggesting improvements to enhance service desk efficiency. Qualifications required for this role include: - Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken). - Basic understanding of Windows OS, MS Office Suite, and common enterprise applications. - Experience of 12 years in IT Service Desk or technical support roles. - Exposure to L1.advanced application support, minor configuration tasks. - ITIL Foundation certification. - Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
