PLC Programmer

As a skilled and detail-oriented PLC Programmer, your role involves designing, developing, and maintaining programmable logic controller (PLC) systems for industrial automation projects. You should have hands-on experience with PLC programming, troubleshooting, and integration with various control systems. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop PLC programs using platforms such as Siemens and Schneider Electric. - Configure and integrate Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs) and SCADA systems. - Perform system testing, debugging, and commissioning of automation systems. - Collaborate with electrical and mechanical engineers to ensure seamless integration of control systems. - Maintain and update documentation including wiring diagrams, program logic, and system configurations. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PLC-related issues in production environments. - Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field. - 2+ years of experience in PLC programming and industrial automation. - Proficiency in ladder logic, function block diagrams, and structured text programming. - Experience with HMI/SCADA development and integration. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. - Excellent communication and documentation skills.
