Job Description

Role Overview: As a Platform Support Engineer (L3) at NTT DATA, you will exercise excellent customer service skills while applying technical knowledge to support various processes and technologies that deliver enterprise-wide business solutions to NTT customers. Your role will involve supporting users/administrators of the NTT platform, contributing to the growth of support service best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive quicker issue resolution. Additionally, you will mentor less experienced team members and demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills to ensure successful resolution of technical challenges. Key Responsibilities: - Provide support to users/administrators of the NTT platform - Contribute to the growth of best practices for delivery of support services - Understand NTT platform, Cloud technologies, and troubleshooting practices for successful issue resolution - Act as a customer advocate by prioritizing and managing incidents and escalations - Engage with cross-functional teams to improve tools and processes - Mentor less experienced team members in various technologies Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology/Computer Science or related field - ITIL v3 certification - Seasoned experience providing customer-facing technical support - Seasoned demonstrated experience providing web development support is highly desirable - Seasoned demonstrated experience working with the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and FSM) Additional Details of the Company: NTT DATA is a trusted global innovator of business and technology services with a commitment to helping clients innovate, optimize, and transform for long-term success.
