Job Description

As a Photoshop Editor Team Lead in Chandivali, Mumbai, your main responsibility will be managing the image editing team to ensure high-quality visual output, brand guideline adherence, and timely delivery of creative assets. This role will require combining hands-on editing expertise with team supervision, workflow management, and stakeholder coordination. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Photoshop Editors. - Allocate tasks based on priority, complexity, and team bandwidth. - Conduct regular performance reviews and skill assessments. - Provide training, feedback, and upskilling support. - Drive team productivity and morale. - Perform advanced image editing tasks such as retouching, color correction, background removal/replacement, manipulation & compositing, and product image enhancement. - Review and approve final creatives before delivery. - Maintain error-free and pixel-perfect outputs. - Monitor daily production targets. - Ensure projects are delivered within defined SLAs/TAT. - Ensure all creatives adhere to brand guidelines. - Maintain consistency across campaigns, platforms, and formats. - Liaise with Creative Designers, Marketing Teams, E-commerce Teams, Photographers/Vendors. - Understand project briefs and translate them into editing requirements. **Qualifications:** - 8+ years of experience in image editing, particularly in fashion and products. - In-depth experience in e-commerce editing. - Strong command of Photoshop. - Ability to communicate effectively and meet deadlines. - Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or related field preferred. - Experience in handling a team of at least 3-4 members. In this role, you will be expected to work full-time from the office in Chandivali, Mumbai with a monthly salary ranging from 60,000.00 to 70,000.00. Additionally, you will be required to answer application questions regarding your experience in Photoshop Editing, Team handling, team size managed, current salary, expected salary, notice period, and willingness to travel to the work location. Please note that the job type is full-time and permanent, and the work location is in person.
