Job Description
As a Performance Marketing Manager at Avaya, you will play a pivotal role in driving global growth through paid media and Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies. Your responsibilities will include managing English-speaking regions, collaborating with global agencies and internal specialists, and executing complex, multi-region campaigns. Here is a breakdown of what is expected from you:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and optimization of paid campaigns and Demandbase orchestration, balancing brand awareness and deep-funnel activations.
- Act as a central point of contact for the international media ecosystem, ensuring brand consistency and performance across different regions.
- Create and execute acquisition strategies to drive qualified leads, pipeline, and brand authority, including A/B testing for maximum ROI.
- Monitor funnel performance and attribution models, translating data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Campaign, Creative, and Content teams to align ad copy and landing page experiences with the customer journey on a global scale.
Qualifications Required:
- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or growth marketing, specifically in scaling B2B programs for enterprise technology companies.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and CRM systems (Salesforce).
- Hands-on experience with Demandbase or similar ABM platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and attribution models effectively.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a high level of ownership and project management discipline.
- Comfortable using AI tools for daily workflows and excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
