  • Team Development:

  • Business Growth:

In addition to the above responsibilities, you will need to meet the following qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • You should have 10-14 years of experience working on complex learning projects, specifically within SAP (S4/HANA, FI, HR, MM) or other ERP environments like Oracle or Workday.
  • Technical Mastery:
  • Possess expert-level knowledge of SAP Enable Now and various authoring tools such as Storyline and Captivate.
  • Strategic Mindset:

  • Communication:
  • Showcase exceptional writing and presentation skills, enabling you to clearly articulate design decisions to global stakeholders.
  • Agility:
  • Be a proactive problem-solver who is comfortable with ambiguity and thrives in a cross-cultural collaboration environment.

This role offers a unique opportunity to not only manage projects but also to build a practice, mentor talent, and leverage cutting-edge technologies to transform how global workforces adopt new systems.
