Job Description
As the Parent Relations Coordinator, your role will involve serving as the primary point of contact for parents regarding student welfare, academic updates, and institutional guidelines. Your responsibilities will include managing and resolving parent and student queries in a timely, accurate, and supportive manner. You will coordinate with internal teams such as Student Experience, Academics, Operations, Welfare, and Admissions to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution. It will be essential for you to maintain detailed records of parent interactions, inquiries, concerns, and resolutions and provide regular updates to parents on key milestones, program updates, and institutional policies. Additionally, you will assist in crisis communication and sensitive conversations with clarity and discretion, organize and support parent engagement initiatives, monitor recurring concerns or patterns, and draft clear, empathetic, and professional communication for emails, announcements, and reports. Your contribution will be crucial in building a positive student experience through proactive support and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications Required:
