OT PCN Network Engineer (L3 Firewall & Industrial Networks)

As a Network Engineer specializing in Firewall & Industrial Networks, your role will involve designing, implementing, and supporting secure network infrastructures within Operational Technology (OT) and Process Control Network (PCN) environments. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and implementing secure and scalable network architectures for OT / PCN environments - Providing Level support for complex routing, switching, and firewall-related incidents - Configuring and troubleshooting enterprise-grade firewalls such as Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, and Fortinet - Implementing and supporting VPNs, NAT, ACLs, and High Availability (HA) firewall configurations - Collaborating with engineering, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams to ensure secure IT-OT network segmentation - Participating in structured change management processes and ensuring compliance with industrial standards - Maintaining network documentation, architecture diagrams, and audit records - Supporting both collocated and remote industrial environments - Coordinating with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) when required - Assisting in wireless deployments where applicable To excel in this role, you should possess: - 5+ years of experience in Network Engineering - Minimum 2+ years of experience in OT / Industrial / Process Control Network environments - Strong hands-on experience in routing and switching - Strong firewall expertise, with preference for Palo Alto and acceptance of Cisco ASA / Fortinet - Experience configuring VPNs, NAT, ACLs, and HA firewalls - Solid understanding of OT and IT network segmentation principles - Experience working in structured, process-driven support models - Exposure to compliance and change management in regulated environments Preferred skills include experience with Palo Alto Panorama, exposure to Cisco WLC or Aruba wireless infrastructure, knowledge of Prisma SASE or cloud-based firewall deployments, basic understanding of Azure networking, familiarity with SCADA, PLC, or other industrial control systems, and ITIL Foundation certification.
