Job Description
As an Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing technical solutions for Oracle Cloud HCM, particularly focusing on Payroll and Time and Labor modules. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing technical solutions with a key emphasis on maintaining data integrity and ensuring optimal system performance.
- Debugging production payroll and Time and Labor issues and providing effective resolutions.
- Utilizing tools like HCM Data Loader, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher for seamless data loading, reporting, and extraction processes.
- Collaborating with end-users to ensure technical components align with business needs and are free of defects.
- Developing and conducting thorough unit, integration, and regression testing to validate the robustness and reliability of technical components.
- Efficiently resolving identified issues to deliver high-quality solutions.
In terms of technical expertise, you are expected to:
- Apply your deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture, data model, and associated technical components.
- Engage in complex Fast Formula development to meet bespoke client requirements.
- Possess functional skills to support Payroll and Time and Labor modules effectively.
To qualify for this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Implementation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred technical expertise would include proficiency in Oracle Cloud HCM Fast Formulas, Payroll, and OTL Support.
