Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) Architect / Senior BI Developer

As an experienced OAC Architect / Senior BI Developer, your role will involve designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports using Oracle Analytics Cloud. You will also be responsible for migrating legacy/classic database reports to OAC with optimized data models, developing complex SQL queries and PL/SQL procedures, and performing query optimization and performance tuning for large datasets. Additionally, you will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance, and support data warehousing and reporting architecture enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Oracle Analytics Cloud
• Migrate legacy/classic database reports to OAC with optimized data models
• Develop complex SQL queries and PL/SQL procedures for data extraction and transformation
• Perform query optimization and performance tuning for large datasets
• Build and maintain ETL workflows using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across reporting systems
• Support data warehousing and reporting architecture enhancements

Qualifications Required:

• Strong expertise in SQL and PL/SQL
• Proven experience in report creation and dashboard development
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (Architect-level preferred)
• Experience in migrating legacy reports to OAC
• Strong knowledge of performance tuning techniques
• Good understanding of data modeling (star schema, snowflake schema)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global delivery environment

Good to Have:

• Experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
• Exposure to enterprise reporting tools and cloud data platforms

In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, the company prefers candidates with 8+ years of experience in BI/Analytics/Data Engineering roles, experience in domains like Finance, Insurance, or Enterprise Reporting, and key competencies in analytical thinking & problem-solving, strong communication and stakeholder management, and the ability to drive end-to-end reporting solutions.
