Operation Quality - Technician

As an individual experienced in Process Auditing and Quality Management Systems with a strong foundation in SMT and box build assembly processes, your role will primarily involve ensuring compliance with standards and driving continuous improvement in the processes. Key Responsibilities: - Diploma or graduate with 3 years of experience in SMT and box build assembly processes. - Conduct process audits and maintain adherence to QMS standards. - Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills and root cause analysis techniques. - Facilitate strong coordination and communication within teams. Qualifications Required: - Experience in SMT and box build assembly processes. - Proficiency in process audits and familiarity with QMS standards. - Strong problem-solving capabilities and root cause analysis skills. - Excellent coordination and communication abilities within team environments. It would be beneficial if you also possessed: - Knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing principles. - Contribution towards enhancing quality and reliability through effective process audits and compliance with QMS standards. - Identification and implementation of process improvements to reduce defects and enhance efficiency in SMT and box build operations. - Support problem-solving initiatives utilizing root cause analysis and data-driven decision-making. - Maintenance of documentation and standard operating procedures for consistency and compliance. - Acquisition of advanced methodologies in process engineering and quality control to enhance technical proficiency. - Deeper understanding of end-to-end manufacturing workflows, integrating new technologies. - Development of leadership skills by assisting junior staff and engaging in cross-team knowledge sharing.
