Network Engineer (Project Incharge)

You will be responsible for providing service delivery support in networking projects for customer ICT projects including LAN, WAN, Voice, Surveillance & Security. Your role will involve field engineering support for network troubleshooting, installation, and upgrade of network infrastructure in large enterprise environments. Additionally, you will be managing customer project implementation, maintaining vendor relationships, and meeting customer expectations. You will also assist the pre-sales team in network design proposals and prepare project documents such as detailed network designs and implementation schedules. Key Responsibilities: - Provide service delivery support for networking projects in customer ICT projects - Troubleshoot network issues in large enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure - Manage customer project implementation and maintenance, including vendor management - Support pre-sales team in network design proposals - Prepare project documents such as detailed network designs and implementation schedules Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences/Engineering or equivalent - 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing network projects - Strong fundamental knowledge in networking - Good project implementation skills in ICT solutions - Customer-oriented, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Sound analytical and problem-solving skills - Hands-on experience in networking products like routers, switches is advantageous - Technical skills in structured cabling systems are required - Certification by OEM of passive or active products is an added advantage The company offers a salary range of Rs.15,000 Rs.20,000 depending on experience.
