Network Engineer - L1 Support

Role Overview: Join ipingU Managed Security Solutions LLP, a Bengaluru-based cybersecurity startup, as a Network Security Analyst Intern. You will be responsible for monitoring and logging customer tickets, conducting basic troubleshooting of Zscaler and firewall alerts, escalating issues based on SOPs, and maintaining regular documentation updates. This role offers a great opportunity to learn and grow in the cybersecurity field. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and log customer tickets related to incidents and requests. - Perform basic troubleshooting of Zscaler and firewall alerts. - Escalate issues to L2/L3 support based on standard operating procedures. - Maintain regular documentation and update ticket status accordingly. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in CCNA fundamentals and concept application. - Understanding of OSI Model, IP addressing, and Subnetting. - Familiarity with Firewall rules, NAT, and VPN basics. - Desirable to have awareness of Zscaler architecture (ZIA/ZPA basic concepts preferred). - Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Join us on a rotational shift basis, including night and weekend shifts, as a full-time intern/probation for 3-6 months, with the possibility of confirmation based on performance.
