As a Software Developer, your role involves analyzing and implementing user requirements and business needs to enhance product functionality. You will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and documenting software code. Additionally, you will supervise other programming resources, although this is primarily a development role and not a full-time management position. Your key responsibilities include: - Assisting in the packaging and delivery of finished software products to clients - Communicating with technical and business leaders regarding business requirements, system capabilities, programming progress, and enhancement status - Supporting software sales efforts through presentations and technical discussions with clients and prospective clients - Engaging with functional teams and leading technical teams on the project located across different locations - Understanding functional requirements and developing technical designs using design patterns, effectively communicating this to team members and managing large projects and teams - Developing solutions following established technical design, application development standards, and quality processes in projects - Supervising junior developers in an agile environment and driving the adoption of best practices - Interacting with other stakeholders, including end-user clients, Project Manager/Scrum Master, Business Analysts, offshore development, testing, and other cross-functional teams Qualifications required for this role include: - Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field - Exposure to one or more cloud/front-end NoSQL technologies - Strong hands-on skills in developing software using OOP concepts, architecture, and design - Analytical and detail-oriented, team-oriented, and capable of working independently - 8+ years of experience developing web-based client/server applications - 4+ years of experience supervising development teams and mentoring junior team members - Experience working with Microsoft's ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, and ASP.NET Core Framework, particularly using C# - Proficient in Micro (Note: Additional details of the company were not provided in the job description.)
