.NET Core Lead Developer

As a .Net Core Lead, your role will involve leading and mentoring teams in developing applications using .Net technologies. You should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant .Net experience along with experience in team handling. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Designing applications using best practices, Design Patterns, SDLC, OOP, OOD - Developing applications using SQL databases, schema, and SQL queries - Leading and mentoring teams in software development - Utilizing GIT and version control systems effectively - Demonstrating proficiency in Database constructs, schema design, SQL Server or Oracle, SQL Queries, and query optimization - Hands-on experience in MSTest or NUnit, Mocking frameworks, Jasmine, Karma, Cucumber - Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests - Creating database schemas that align with business processes - Understanding and implementing agile methodologies - Participating in project life cycle activities and estimation methodologies - Applying knowledge of Quality processes and business domain requirements - Demonstrating analytical abilities, strong technical skills, and effective communication - Showing proficiency in software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles, and modelling methods - Keeping updated with latest technologies and trends for continuous improvement - Solving problems, analyzing user requirements, and envisioning system features - Designing, building, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable .Net codes - Identifying bottlenecks, bugs, and recommending system solutions - Contributing to team meetings and troubleshooting development and production issues - Understanding Architecture Requirements and ensuring effective Design, Development, Validation, and Support activities In addition to the above responsibilities, you should have a solid understanding of object-oriented programming, experience with both external and embedded databases, and the ability to demonstrate sound technical skills throughout the software development life cycle.
