Mobile OTT Testing

As a Witbe Test Automation Engineer, your role will primarily focus on monitoring, automation, and performance validation of OTT applications across mobile devices and Smart TVs. You will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and executing test cases using Witbe Workbench, as well as developing and running automated test campaigns to validate application functionality, performance, and service quality. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with development and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve identified issues. Key Responsibilities: - Create, maintain, and execute test cases using Witbe Workbench for OTT applications. - Develop and run automated test campaigns to validate application functionality, performance, and service quality. - Integrate, connect, and configure mobile devices and Smart TVs with Witbe Workbench. - Utilize built-in Witbe Workbench functions to optimize and streamline test automation workflows. - Apply basic Python scripting to enhance automation scenarios and improve testing efficiency. - Monitor application behavior and detect functional, performance, and quality issues. - Analyze test results and provide transparent, actionable reports to stakeholders. - Maintain test documentation, scripts, and execution reports. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Hands-on experience with Witbe Workbench for test case creation and execution. - Experience testing OTT applications on mobile devices and Smart TVs. - Strong understanding of device connection and configuration using Witbe Workbench. - Basic Python programming skills for test automation purposes. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. - Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Nice to Have: - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines or automated monitoring environments. - Experience working in Agile or DevOps teams.
