Roles and Responsibilities:
- Experience in EMS and mobile industries
- Line leader with ability to drive team members
- Experience in handling software, tools, and instruments
- Practical knowledge of manual PCB SMT soldering and rework
- PCBA failure analysis skill
- Rework experience in manual and automation
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair PCBs, focusing on L-4 and 4G5G L-4 technologies
- Analyze inputoutput receiving circuits and rectify issues effectively
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to identify hardware faults
- Knowledge of IPC standards; perform soldering and desoldering of SMD, BGA, QFN
- Document repair processes and maintain accurate service records
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve PCB design and repair efficiency
- Proven experience in PCB repair, particularly with L-4 and 4G5G technologies
- Strong knowledge of electronic components and circuit analysis
- Proficiency in using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other diagnostic equipment
- Excellent handeye coordination and attention to detail
