As a Mid Level Video Editor at our company, you will have the exciting opportunity to work with our team in creating engaging Gaming & IRL YouTube videos. Your role will involve editing videos that are typically 30 to 40 minutes long, incorporating subtitles, meme references, motion text, SFX, music, zooms, and creative storytelling without constant guidance. Key Responsibilities: - Edit Gaming & IRL YouTube videos, ensuring a seamless flow and engaging storytelling - Transform 2 hours of recordings into a concise 30-minute story while maintaining the narrative's integrity - Work on long-form content (1020+ mins) in Gaming or IRL formats - Collaborate with real creators who have a dedicated audience - Utilize Premiere Pro effectively, with additional proficiency in After Effects & Photoshop being advantageous - Demonstrate expertise in pacing, meme timing, sound design, SFX, and music - Edit content in Hinglish (Hindi + English mix) comfortably - Meet tight deadlines of 3-4 days and adapt well to feedback - Coordinate with a team comprising editors, producers, writers, and channel managers Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2 years of full-time Video editing experience, preferably in YouTube content - Proficiency in editing long-form content in Gaming or IRL genres - Experience working with established creators and their subscriber base - Strong command over Premiere Pro, with skills in After Effects & Photoshop considered a bonus - Ability to handle fast-paced work environments and remote team collaborations - Prior experience in high-quality, story-driven content editing for YouTube Please note that this position is not suitable for individuals who have primarily worked on Reels, Shorts, TikToks, or have only edited content for personal channels or as a hobby. Additionally, candidates who lack experience in news, film, or traditional agency editing formats, struggle with fast-paced workflows, or have less than 3 years of hands-on YouTube editing expertise are advised not to apply.
