Mendix Architect Low Code

As a Mendix Tech Lead, you will play a crucial role in guiding a team of developers to design and implement high-performance applications using the Mendix platform. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading a team of Mendix developers in designing and implementing complex applications while ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards. - Possessing 5-8 years of experience with a minimum of 5+ years specifically in Mendix, along with Mendix Advanced Developer Certification (required) and Mendix Expert Certification (preferred). - Demonstrating expertise in Mendix web and mobile app development, proficiency in Mendix Studio Pro and Mendix Studio, solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern UI frameworks. - Having experience with integration protocols such as REST, SOAP, and XML, familiarity with database technologies like MSSQL or PostgreSQL, and experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines and deploying applications on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). - Understanding industrial operations, factory site management, and energy sector applications, and collaborating with business analysts and other development teams to comprehend business requirements. - Being familiar with Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) for implementing SSO (Single Sign-On) and managing role-based access control (RBAC) within Mendix applications. - Maintaining application quality and consistency, automating builds and deployments using CI/CD pipelines for Mendix applications, and testing and troubleshooting applications to ensure functionality and performance. - Monitoring application quality and performance metrics like speed, memory management, CPU, and disk usage, and providing solutions to enhance business value through improved application features and performance. - Documenting technical applications including architecture, design decisions, and system configurations, and having the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. - Preferred qualifications include team management/team lead experience, knowledge of Agile/Scrum ceremonies, and experience in Energies, Oil Gas industry.
