As a Healthcare RCM Sales Representative, you will be responsible for owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through close. Your main focus will be on targeting medical practices, billing companies, hospitals, and health systems to demonstrate how the AI platform solves real pain points in revenue cycle management. This role is high-impact, quota-carrying, and offers significant earning potential along with the opportunity to shape the go-to-market motion in healthcare.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify and qualify target accounts across various healthcare entities such as medical practices, physician groups, RCM companies, hospitals, and health systems.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through outbound prospecting methods like cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and industry networking.
- Research prospect pain points related to claim denials, coding accuracy, A/R days, and reimbursement delays to tailor your outreach effectively.
- Conduct discovery calls and needs assessments to gain insights into prospect workflows, technology stack, and revenue cycle challenges.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations showcasing how Swades AI automates and optimizes RCM processes.
- Develop and present customized proposals, ROI analyses, and business cases to decision-makers.
- Stay updated on healthcare billing regulations, payer policies, CMS updates, and RCM industry trends.
- Provide feedback to product and engineering teams on market needs and collaborate with marketing on campaign strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM.
- Partner with customer success for smooth onboarding and drive adoption post-sale.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to generate referrals and case studies.
**Required Qualifications:**
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in healthcare technology, RCM, medical billing, or health IT.
- Understanding of the revenue cycle processes such as patient access, charge capture, coding, claims management, denial management, and A/R follow-up.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a SaaS or technology sales setting.
- Experience selling to healthcare decision-makers and strong consultative selling skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools.
