Job Description

As an experienced and seasoned Performance Marketer, your role will involve managing and optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue. You should have a deep understanding of performance marketing strategies, campaign management, and data analysis. It would be beneficial if you have previous experience in the real estate, nutra, or e-commerce industries. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, manage, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns to achieve business goals. - Conduct audience segmentation, keyword research, and A/B testing to maximize ROI. - Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven adjustments to improve key KPIs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive campaign messaging and landing page optimization. - Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders. - Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, especially within Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms. - Implement retargeting strategies to engage potential customers and improve conversion rates. - Manage and optimize ad budgets effectively to achieve business goals. Requirements: - Minimum 1+ years of experience in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns. Skills: - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. - Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads Manager, and Meta Ads Manager. - Expertise in audience targeting, keyword research, and campaign optimization. - Technical Skills: Experience with remarketing, custom audiences, and dynamic & UGC ad creation. Soft Skills: - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. - Creative problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: - Certification in Google & Meta ads. - Hands-on experience with tools like PIPI ADS, Ahrefs, Spyfu, or similar marketing tools. - Understanding of landing page optimization and UX principles.
