As an experienced and seasoned Performance Marketer, your role will involve managing and optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue. You should have a deep understanding of performance marketing strategies, campaign management, and data analysis. It would be beneficial if you have previous experience in the real estate, nutra, or e-commerce industries. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, manage, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns to achieve business goals. - Conduct audience segmentation, keyword research, and A/B testing to maximize ROI. - Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven adjustments to improve key KPIs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive campaign messaging and landing page optimization. - Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders. - Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, especially within Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms. - Implement retargeting strategies to engage potential customers and improve conversion rates. - Manage and optimize ad budgets effectively to achieve business goals. Requirements: - Minimum 1+ years of experience in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns. Skills: - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. - Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads Manager, and Meta Ads Manager. - Expertise in audience targeting, keyword research, and campaign optimization. - Technical Skills: Experience with remarketing, custom audiences, and dynamic & UGC ad creation. Soft Skills: - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. - Creative problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
