Job Description
As a candidate, you will be required to have a positive knowledge of the Oil and Gas domain. Your responsibilities will include developing and/or modifying designs related to Oil and Gas components by analyzing product specifications, performance requirements, and existing manufacturing capabilities. You will need to check all components of an assembly to ensure they will assemble and function properly. Additionally, you will be responsible for Design for Manufacturing Review and ensuring that drawings are reviewed for manufacturing feasibility. You will also be creating parametric 3D Models, Assembly, and 2D drawings as per Customer and ASME standards using SolidWorks. Knowledge of GD&T and Tolerance stack-up analysis is essential for this role. You will also be responsible for the implementation of Electronic change requests (ECR), which involves the modification of drawings, BOM procedures accordingly. You should have knowledge in processing Requests for Technical Assistance (RTA) and updating documentation through Revision control, Product Attribute control, and Change Descriptions. It is important to adhere to process checkpoints to ensure that design customer standards are followed.
