Mechanical Engineer (Design / Manufacturing)

You should be a Mechanical Engineering graduate or post-graduate with 4-6 years of experience in the design and development of special purpose machines, machine tools, and system automation. Experience in designing mechanisms, spindles, shafts, slides, gears, and selecting motors, gearboxes, bearings, ball screws, timing belts, and pulls is essential. Your responsibilities will include: - Hands-on experience in 3D modeling packages such as SolidWorks - Designing pneumatic and hydraulic circuits and selecting components - Exposure to NC/CNC controls and integration - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Detail-oriented with the ability to delve into the specifics of issues - Designing special purpose process machineries using SolidWorks - Creating manufacturing drawings for parts and assemblies - Knowledge in GD&T, bought-out parts (motors/cylinders/actuators), pneumatic layouts, machining, fabrication - Understanding of manufacturing processes, engineering materials, DIN and ISO standards, welding standards, sheet metal processes - Creation of Bill of Materials (BOM) The salary offered for this position is between 2 lacs to 5 lacs, and the location of the job is in Pune.
