Job Description

As the Measurement & Report Associate Manager at Accenture, you will be responsible for deploying and delivering a robust tracking mechanism for SLA/KPI and other operations on a day-to-day basis. Your role will involve ensuring contractual compliance in aspects like Governance, Reporting, Incident Management, Change Management, and Survey Management while also driving automation and analytics. Your primary focus will be on assessing, managing, improving, and protecting organizational information through decision rights and accountabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Deploy and deliver a portfolio of deliverables including Client & Leadership Governance, Performance Reporting, Incident Management, Survey Management, and Change Management. - Prepare management reports and analyses, both recurring and ad-hoc, to track business performance through trusted data and insights while actively managing employee behaviors. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment and deliver with high diligence. - Act as a consultant to clients and senior leadership on Governance, Performance Reporting, Incident Management, Survey Management, and Change Management. - Ensure timely delivery of Business Reporting and Governance Services aligned with contractual requirements. - Drive team initiatives and priorities such as analytics, automation, visualization, and innovation. - Guide team members to excel in their deliverables and drive performance. - Develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting to resolve business/operational challenges. - Implement analytics solutions and transform raw data into actionable business insights using tools like Tableau and Power BI. - Collaborate with internal process owners for Governance, Change Management, Satisfaction Surveys, Incident Management, and Performance Reporting. - Utilize MS Office and business intelligence tools effectively for reporting and analysis. Qualifications: - Graduation in any field - 10 to 14 years of relevant experience - Proficiency in MS Office with advanced knowledge in Excel formulas - Ability to create user-friendly Excel/BI dashboards and meaningful presentations through PowerPoint - Knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and VBA Macros is a plus - Understanding of processes like F&A, Marketing Operations, HR, Procurement, and Supply Chain - Experience in people/team management is essential About Accenture: Accenture is a global professional services company with leading capabilities in digital, cloud, and security.
