As a MarTech & Data Engineer at our company, your role will involve driving data-led marketing outcomes through a deep understanding of Martech tools, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), Campaign Analytics, and Data Automation. This position is not just a traditional data engineer role but a unique opportunity to support and scale personalized marketing initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Own and manage the marketing technology stack including CDPs, CRM, automation, and analytics platforms.
- Integrate and optimize tools such as MoEngage, Insider, Tealium, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.
- Build and maintain data flows and pipelines across marketing systems.
- Collect, clean, and structure large datasets from multiple sources for marketing use cases.
- Analyse customer behaviour, campaign performance, and segmentation to generate actionable insights.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Collaborate with CRM, media, and digital teams to define key metrics and improve customer journey touchpoints.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across martech platforms.
- Automate repetitive marketing operations and support campaign execution through data activation.
- Stay updated on emerging Martech trends, tools, and best practices.
- Train and support marketing teams in leveraging Martech platforms effectively.
**Qualifications Required:**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, data science, statistics, computer science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data operations, or martech enablement.
- Proven experience with CDPs, marketing automation, and CRM platforms.
- Tools experience with MoEngage, Salesforce, Insider, Tealium, HubSpot, etc.
- Strong in SQL, and familiarity with data scripting (e.g., Python or JavaScript).
- Excellent data analysis, reporting, and visualization skills.
- Strong grasp of customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization tactics.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for data integrity and quality.
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with marketing and tech teams.
- Familiarity with web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a must.
