Job Description

As a Content Writer and Strategist at our organization, you will be responsible for translating complex legal-tech concepts into clear, compelling stories that attract, educate, and convert PI law firms across the U.S. Key Responsibilities: - Content Creation Write SEO-optimized blog posts, guides, playbooks, and checklists aligned with priority keywords and GTM themes. Draft landing page copy for product features, solutions, practice areas, and campaigns. Develop case studies showcasing customer ROI, workflow transformation, and the value of the broader organization's ecosystem. - Funnel & Campaign Content Create content for email campaigns, newsletters, product announcements, nurture sequences, webinar invitations, and event follow-ups. Write sales enablement materials including one-pagers, email templates, presentations, brochures, etc. Draft comparison pages, feature pages, and content that supports sales conversations. - Social & Thought Leadership Write social media copy highlighting thought leadership, product value, customer results, and GTM narratives. Repurpose in-house publications content into marketing assets. Collaborate with leadership to create LinkedIn posts, op-eds, bylines, and speaking abstracts. - AEO, SEO & AI-First Content Optimize content for AEO with clear headings, concise answers, FAQ sections, and AI-friendly structure. Partner with Marketing analyst to add structured data and support AI-readiness initiatives. Write content easily reused by AI search engines for recommendations. - Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with Video Producer to script video content and repurpose it. Collaborate with Customer Success team to identify happy clients and create case studies. Partner with various teams to ensure content supports campaigns, launches, and sales priorities. Reach out to industry experts and influencers for content co-creation. Qualifications: - 5-6 years of B2B content writing experience, preferably in SaaS, LegalTech, or a complex/regulated industry. - Strong portfolio showcasing clarity, structure, and conversion focus. - Solid understanding of SEO basics and ability to write for different funnel stages. - Ability to interview subject-matter experts and convey their insights clearly. - Excellent written English focusing on clarity, precision, and credibility. Preferred Skills: - Experience writing for U.S. audiences, especially in professional services. - Familiarity with AI tools for research and idea generation. - Exposure to AEO, schema markup, and structured content for AI/LLM consumption. - Experience collaborating with designers and video teams.
