Job Description
As a Marketing Automation Manager at Accenture, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging industry expertise to create value-driven solutions for clients. Your role will involve providing strategic advisory services, conducting market research, and developing data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and execute large-scale marketing automation programs across various channels such as email, SMS, Push, CRM, and web.
- Design new campaign strategies and marketing plans based on campaign performance and insights.
- Conduct marketing automation vendor assessments and client's Campaign/Marketing automation capability assessments.
- Gather business requirements, design processes and solutions for the implementation of marketing and advertising solutions.
- Lead discovery and design workshops with clients to map marketing processes and deploy marketing processes in client's Workfront or other marketing workflow management system.
- Partner and team with technology solution providers and marketing agencies to deliver the best solutions meeting the needs of clients.
- Deliver and execute technical design solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, Braze, and other Mar-tech tools.
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience.
- Educational Qualifications: MBA Full-time / B.Tech/BE.
- Strong understanding of Marketing processes, operating model, marketing & Advertising technologies, and integrations with other technologies.
- Proficient in research and analysis, identifying new opportunities, developing solutions, and owning proposals end to end.
- Experience in working with middle to senior management levels within existing organization/client organizations.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, virtual, global, fast-paced, and unstructured environment.
- Relevant experience in the required domain.
- Good to have 3+ years of Workfront/Jira experience.
- Strong understanding of data structures and hands-on experience with Mar-tech tools such as Adobe campaign, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Marketo, Adobe Experience Platform, Braze, etc.
- Experience in leading and managing email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.
- Proficient with the implementation of MarTech platforms like Adobe Experience Cloud and experience with AdTech platforms, Data visualization platforms, and Cloud Platforms.
