Job Description

As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the marketing automation efforts of the company. Your responsibilities will include designing, building, QA testing, and deploying email campaigns, nurture programs, forms, and landing pages using Marketo. Additionally, you will configure complex workflows, program logic, and collaborate with various teams to craft campaign copy and promotional assets. Monitoring email deliverability, performance, conducting A/B testing, and maintaining lead scoring models will also be part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, QA, and deploy email campaigns, nurture programs, forms, landing pages using Marketo - Configure complex workflows, program logic, dynamic content, and segmentation strategies - Collaborate with content, creative, and digital teams for campaign copy and promotional assets - Monitor email deliverability, ensure GDPR compliance, and track performance metrics - Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to optimize email performance - Assist with lead scoring models, segment maintenance, and database hygiene - Create performance reports on email automation and landing page conversion Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - 26 years hands-on experience in Marketo Engage - Salesforce CRM knowledge - Proficiency in segmentation, lead scoring, dynamic content, workflows, and smart lists - Experience with A/B/multivariate testing frameworks - Technical proficiency with HTML/CSS is a plus - Excellent project management, collaboration, and communication skills In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by executing high-visibility email campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and business growth.
