Role Overview:
You will be joining our dynamic Martech team as a Marketing Automation Specialist. Your main responsibility will be designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing automation programs using Marketo. It is essential that you have a strong understanding of CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics for seamless integration with marketing automation platforms. You will need to collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure campaign effectiveness and lead management. This role requires you to be a strategic thinker who can work independently, manage multiple projects, and collaborate across departments to drive marketing success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing automation strategies and campaigns using Marketo.
- Support campaign planning, audience segmentation, lead nurturing, and performance tracking.
- Ensure seamless CRM integrations and maintain data flow across platforms.
- Manage and optimize platform integrations; troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Apply email marketing best practices for effective campaign structure and performance.
- Utilize APIs and platform capabilities to customize and enhance automation workflows.
- Lead and manage end-to-end Martech projects from discovery to delivery.
- Continuously identify and evaluate new Martech tools and technologies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align on campaign goals, requirements, and deliverables.
- Ensure data hygiene, compliance, and reporting consistency across systems.
- Maintain documentation for processes, projects, and platform configurations.
Qualification Required:
- 35 years of proven experience working with Marketo in a hands-on role.
- Experience with HubSpot and/or Eloqua is a strong plus.
- Solid understanding of email marketing, campaign execution, and funnel metrics.
- Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, MS Dynamics) and their integration with marketing tools.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technically adept and familiar with using APIs and basic troubleshooting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Additional Details:
