Job Description
As a Manager Sales (Panel Division) at Group in Thane, you will be responsible for leading and driving sales operations for the panel business. Your role will involve developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, expanding market presence, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the Panel division to achieve business targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, key clients, consultants, and channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular performance reports for management.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as projects, application, and operations for smooth execution of orders.
- Conduct market research to analyze competitors, pricing, and market trends.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients.
- Ensure timely collections and follow-ups on outstanding payments.
- Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, and industry events when required.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Panel products and project-based sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Strategic thinking with a strong customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Business Administration / Marketing (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in Panel / Electrical / Lighting / Project-based industries.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
- New client acquisition and market expansion.
- Team performance and sales pipeline growth.
- Customer satisfaction and retention.
