Job Description
As a Consumer Insights Analyst at PepsiCo UK, you will play a crucial role in managing the insights agenda for important Snacks and Grains brands. You will work towards raising the bar on Creative Excellence across the UK Foods portfolio by combining insights from both Marketing and Strategic aspects of the business. Your focus will be on identifying growth opportunities and prioritizing key initiatives leveraging tools like ADA, BBE, Drivers & Barriers, and Always On Engine.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support annual brand planning by collaborating cross-functionally to achieve SWOT, penetration targets, Marketing JTBDs, and equity tracking
- Manage cross-functional marketing and marketings insights projects on a day-to-day basis against aligned briefs/scope
- Co-lead efforts to enhance Creative Excellence across the UK Foods portfolio
- Manage and liaise with agencies to deliver insightful projects and analysis
- Champion the UK Insights consumer tools in alignment with the UK Portfolio Growth Strategy
- Ensure brand fundamentals are optimized for growth and effectively communicate brand stories and growth opportunities
**Qualifications:**
- Degree educated with 7+ years of experience in a relevant industry (consumer, retail, or digital)
- Proficient in Thick & Big data, capable of understanding and weaving 'art & science'
- Naturally curious with a track record of analyzing various data types
- Skilled in drawing insights from qualitative and quantitative data
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders
- Excellent story-telling and presentation skills to translate data into impactful insights and brand strategies for driving business growth
