As an Influencer Marketing Manager, your role involves leading influencer outreach and collaboration strategy to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement. You will work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to plan and execute campaigns aligning with brand and business objectives. Your responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing influencer marketing strategies for brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
- Identifying, evaluating, and managing influencer partnerships that align with brand values and campaign objectives.
- Overseeing end-to-end campaign management, from planning and content coordination to execution and performance tracking.
- Analyzing campaign performance using analytics tools to optimize ROI and effectiveness.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with content, sales, and product teams to align influencer activities with broader marketing initiatives.
- Keeping updated on influencer trends, social media platform changes, and compliance with Indian advertising regulations.
- Managing campaign budgets, influencer contracts, and legal agreements.
Qualifications required for this role:
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing.
- Proven success in executing influencer campaigns, preferably within the Indian broking space or high-growth start-ups.
- Strong understanding of platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging channels popular with Indian audiences.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools for data-driven marketing decisions.
- Creative mindset with a deep understanding of Indian consumer behavior and content trends.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving start-up environment.
